Tour Cancellation Policy

We have a judicious cancellation policy protecting both the parties and we are considered among very few tour operators with friendly cancellation policy. After your trips confirmation, we believe you have thoroughly read, understood and abide by it.

Tour cancellation & refund policy

Tour cancelled before 1 month of the start of the tour program: No charges

Tour cancelled before 25 Days of the start of the tour program: 10% of the rate

Tour cancelled before 15 days of the start of the tour program: 15% of the rate

Tour cancelled less than 9 days or cancellation without notice: 30% of the rate

Less than 9 days or without notice: 50% of rate 50% of the rate

Tour cancelled after arrival in Bhutan: 100% of the rate

Note:

There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or road blocks. Our guests must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.
